An exceptional list of still and sparkling waters

Le Bar à Huîtres offers an impressive collection of 15 waters from around the world: France, Scotland, United States, Norway, Japan to name but a few. It is interesting to compare the tastes of these waters that come from different places. Some are neutral and pure, others have a chalky taste, while others reveal metallic hints, it’s an “eaunological” experience!

Le Bar à Huîtres’ classification: mineral waters, spring waters, concept waters.

Mineral waters come from glacier meltwater; they are filtered through the ground and have a high mineral content.
Spring waters are only slightly purified before reaching your table and are not filtered through rock.
Concept waters are selected on account of their originality: Bling, the most expensive water in the world at €49 for 37.5 cl which comes in a bottle set with Swarovski crystals, is a typical example.
