d o r r Paris, a threefold mark
The personal guarantee of one man, Garry Dorr
Founder of the d o r r PARIS trademark in 2010, Garry Dorr promises to put all his professional know-how into the restaurants he takes on. This promise revolves around three points:
- Exceptional products delivered direct from the best French oyster farmers: François Fonteneau, Christine Follet, Yvon Madec, Jacques and Jean-Jacques Cadoret, La Perle Blanche, Gillardeau, David Hervé, Ludovic Hiribarn, and Florent Tarbouriech.
- Kitchen and dining room teams under the aegis of the d o r r Team so that our restaurants are given a personal identity and are all about people.
- Unique atmospheres and settings devised by Garry Dorr and his friend Pierre Canot, the decorator. The formula is simple and focuses on three letters: CDI (Choice of materials/Details/Invention). Of course we have to add the “hallmark” elements that put the d o r r PARIS trademark at the forefront of the French restaurant trade: Indoor water walls, menus on iPads, seafood platters served in a cloud of dry ice, customised tableware from Bernardaud, etc.
The professional commitment of a team: the d o r r Team
- The d o r r Team is made up of more than 350 men and women hand-picked from among the top professionals in the restaurant business. All of them work to serve you, either directly or indirectly, so that each time you come the experience is absolute.
- The d o r r Team means more than 15 professions coordinated towards one same goal: your satisfaction. For example the kitchen, dining room, oyster counter, cleaning, marketing, human resources, PR, customer relations, purchasing, supplier relations, IT, R&D, accounts and finance teams.
- The d o r r Team means one ideas laboratory where diversity rhymes with creativity. Some thirty nationalities with different career paths and international experiences make it the rising star of the French catering business!
A unique hallmark recognised by a discerning public. |
