Is the result of Garry Dorr’s extensive investment of time and energy along the coasts of France. It is what allows le Bar à Huîtres to offer today the most complete collection of French oysters in Paris.
Oysters are quite similar to wine: the geographic and climatic elements, the species and the know-how brought by Man make each oyster unique. Garry Dorr has combed all of France to unearth these jewels, created a unique classification system, and brought back to le Bar à Huîtres the most flavorful of his discoveries.
