Who are we?
Welcome to Le Bar à Huîtres, a high-class seafood restaurant located in Montparnasse, Saint Germain, Place des Vosges and Ternes.
Taken over in 2010 by Garry Dorr, founder of the catering trademark d o r r Paris, he promised to put all his professional know-how into the restaurants he takes on.
This promise revolves around three points:
- Exceptional products delivered direct from the best French oyster farmers:
- Kitchen and dining room teams under the aegis of our team, the d o r r Team so that our restaurants are given a personal identity and are all about people.
- Unique atmospheres with a host of hallmarks that put the d o r r Paris trademark at the forefront of the French restaurant trade: Indoor water walls, menus on iPads, seafood platters served in a cloud of dry ice, customised tableware from Bernardaud, etc.
